Event Description: The event includes a silent auction, and a live auction featuring auctioneer Ethan Merrill, plus delicious food from the New England Culinary Institute, and great live music provided by Myra Flynn and Spark, joined by Dave Grippo. Tickets are $50 and helps fund CCS’ work in providing employment, residential, community, and school/transition supports to people with developmental disabilities in Chittenden County and throughout northern Vermont. Bid on over 100 items – including the chance to have artist Katharine Montstream create an original painting of your home’s garden or view! Also getaways at Lake Morey Resort, The Inn at Essex and a Shelburne Village package featuring The Heart of the Village B&B; fine and casual dining at over 20 area restaurants; autographed items from the Boston Red Sox and Celtics; tickets to sports and cultural events; gift baskets; art and jewelry; golf, skiing, rock climbing and rafting; and a “Be Green” bag from Flashbags, and much more. Directions:
Event is in the Atrium Room at the Inn at Essex, Essex VT. From Burlington: Take I-89 north to Exit 15. Turn right onto Rt. 15 (Pearl Street) for about 2 miles. Turn left on Susie Wilson Road, and follow for 2 miles. It ends at VT-289 East. Take VT-289 East to Exit 10. Turn right. The Inn is a quarter-mile on the left. From Route 7: Follow Rt. 7 North to I-189. Follow I-189 1.3 miles to I-89 North to Exit 15. Turn right onto Rt. 15 East for 3 miles. Turn left on Susie Wilson Road, and follow for 2 miles until it ends at VT-289 East. Take VT-289 East to Exit 10. Turn right. The Inn is a quarter-mile on the left.
