| Duties | Provide software engineering in Flash and/or C++ to support development of a powerful new visual math tool for kids in K-12. Depending on interns skills and interests, and project needs, duties may include varying amounts of:
-- Q/A and regression testing
-- Develop/ extend a client/server single-user and multi-user session management module
-- Develop visual math widgets for inclusion in the tool
-- Develop or optimize various system components. |
| Experience Required | Knowledge of C++ and/or ActionScript
Ability to get up to speed very quickly in a new language or IDE
The more software engineering experience, the better
Demonstrated experience or interest in visual software design, mathematics, or education a plus. |
